This includes a charge of $15 for 3 pounds of cheese added to the 15 pounds of Venison at for a total Thuringer weight of 18 pounds at $3.50/lb). See price list for a detailed explanation! Please also note that we need a minimum of 12.5 pounds of product to produce any given sausage selection. More is OK! Anything less and we will need to make up the difference with other additives.
