Village Butcher Stuff Chicken Breast
At the Village Butcher Shoppe, we prepare our stuffed chicken breast starting with fresh bone-in breast and create a small pocket in the breast that we stuff with a savory bread dressing. We then coat the chicken breast in season bread crumbs. We do the work for you so that its ready for you to roast in the oven.
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Grease the bottom of a shallow pan with Oil or PAM and place the stuffed breast seam side down. Cover with foil and place into the oven for 45-50 minutes. Save the foil for use after you pull the stuffed breast from the oven.
At the 30 minute mark, you can remove the foil cover to allow the breast to brown.
When the chicken breast reaches 165°F, pull from oven and let rest covered for 10 minutes.
Cut and serve with Potato’s or Rice and your favorite vegetables or a salad. Enjoy!
