Pork Crown Roast
Pork Crown Roasts are a favorite around the holidays but should be enjoyed all year long. . When prepared correctly this is a beautiful roast. This is one of those roast that everyone should try once in their lives.
In the fall, this roast can be stuffed using an Apple Dressing with Butternut or Acorn Squash side dish. At the Village Butcher Shoppe, we can leave it plain for you to stuff and we can stuff it with our savory bread stuffing.

2 to 3 lbs of your favorite bread, apple and/or fruit stuffing. Apple cheery bread makes a wonderful base to start from. |
