      Stuffed Baked Pork Chops
This is another one of those very easy meals to prepare on a cold winter night. At the Village Butcher Shoppe, we prepare our stuffed chops starting with a double center cut pork chop then we stuff it with a savory bread stuff.
All you need to do is sear the chops if you with and finish cooking in the oven while you prepare the rest of the meal.

 | 1 Stuffed Pork Chop will easily feed 1 or 2 people depending on age and appetite. For most adults we recommend 1 chop per person. |

 | Garlic, Salt and Pepper to taste. |

 | [Optionally] 1 cup of coarse chopped Onion and Celery. |

 | [Optionally] Add a can of your favorite condensed soup and your favorite wine. |
